To be eligible for a return, your kit must be sealed in its original packaging and undamaged. We are not able to offer a refund if you have opened your kit box, even if the product inside remains unopened. Our Return Policy lasts 60 days. Read our full policy here.

Did your product arrive damaged or defective? If so, please send us an email with any pictures you have to mosie@mosiebaby.com (or click the link below) and hold onto the item! We will send you a return shipping label to mail the defective item back for further investigation. We do replace items if they are defective or damaged.
